Information technology staffing provider Q Analysts LLC named Othon Herrera as group president. The Santa Clara, Calif.-based firm specializes in software quality assurance and testing, business intelligence, data warehousing and professional services.

Herrera most recently served as director of technology consulting firm T-Street Group. Past positions include president and chief operating officer of IntelliMark IT, which later acquired Technisource, now part of Randstad Technologies. He has also served as chief operating officer of Atterro Human Capital Group and CEO of TalentTree.
