ZeroChaos acquired the staffing business of Incepture, a healthcare staffing and print services affiliate of Jacksonville-based GuideWell Mutual Holding Corp., the parent company of Florida Blue.

ZeroChaos, headquartered in Orlando, Fla., provides VMS and MSP services as well as independent contractor compliance and risk management, RPO, statement-of-work solutions and other services. The Incepture acquisition brings the firm a healthcare staffing component.

The transaction closed Nov. 3; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
