Travelers Haven celebrates Nurses Week — Promoted

Sometimes the most important contributors to an Oscar winning movie, symphonic masterpiece, or championship sports team don’t get all of the recognition they deserve. In many cases it’s because they do the job so well, not many realize there was a job to be done.

This week, Travelers Haven is taking the time to celebrate our nation’s nurses: the day to day heroes of the healthcare industry.

The pressures and challenges being presented to nurses are growing larger and more complex. We invest heavily in providing the best possible service and housing solutions to traveling nurses, and even still we’re learning new things every day. So that nurses can focus on their calling (or called profession), we strive to find new ways to make life outside of the workplace as easy as possible. We’ll search, evaluate, and set up the accommodations with our full time housing experts and 24/7 support.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do.

To demonstrate our appreciation and dedication to this integral work force, we strive to provide more housing options nationwide than any other provider. As of last year, 15.7% of RNs live in rural areas (source: ANA/nursingworld.org) and we’re able to provide them a strong network of options. In fact, in the small chance we don’t currently have a viable solution, we’ll find one and add it to our already comprehensive network.

2014 was a record setting year for Travelers Haven, housing more healthcare travelers than ever before. In 2015, let’s make it the best year yet to be a nurse. Congratulations nurses on a job well done. Know that your hard work and tremendous dedication are very much appreciated.
