In our 2014 Contingent Buyers Survey for the Asia/Pacific region, we asked respondents what share of their total workforce was made up of contingent workers. We also asked for short-term and long-term projections. The average share of the workforce made up of contingents, across all respondents, was 22% for 2014. The average share was projected to grow to 25% by 2016 and to 30% by 2024.
