Mobilizing the Disabled

The Department of Labor has proposed a new rule that would require that federal contractors and subcontractors set a hiring goal of having 7 percent of their workforces be people with disabilities. National Telecommuting Institute, a Boston-based staffing firm, is in a unique position to help companies meet that goal.
