US – CTPartners Revenue Falls 2%

Fourth-quarter net revenue at CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (AMEX: CTP) edged down 1.9 percent to $27.2 million from $27.7 million in the same period last year. North America net revenue at the New York-based executive search firm rose 5.9 percent to $17.8 million in the fourth quarter from $16.8 million in the year-ago quarter.

CTPartners’ European fourth-quarter net revenue fell 8.1 percent to $7.2 million. Asia Pacific net revenue fell 28.3 percent to $2.2 million.

The company recorded a fourth-quarter net loss of $4.6 million. That compares to a net loss of $5.0 million in the year-ago quarter.

There were 244 confirmed searches in the fourth quarter, down 19.2 percent from the year-ago period. There were 1,100 confirmed searches for the full-year, flat with last year.

Full-year revenue at CTPartners was $121.1 million, an increase of 6.5 percent compared to revenue of $113.7 million in 2010.

The company recorded a full-year net loss of $3.2 million, compared with a net income of $1.8 million in 2010.
