Madrid-based recruitment firm Cátenon (CAM: SM) announced its expansion in the Middle East. As a result of work carried out in recent months, and after four years’ experience with offices in the United Arab Emirates, Cátenon has decided to enter the Saudi Arabian market.
Establishing a presence in Saudi Arabia will involve the creation of offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. The company will be known regionally as Cátenon KSA. A multi-cultural team of Saudis, Indians, and Europeans will provide a range of services, including:
- Search & Selection – The recruitment of both local and international professionals
- Contracting – The recruitment of qualified individuals and making them available to clients
- Saudisation Process – Manage the implementation of the Saudisation targets
- Management – Providing general services for foreign companies established in Saudi Arabia
The company aims to provide services for everything related to project work for foreign companies already established in the region. This will include a local and international selection processes, the availability of contract work permits, payroll management, Saudisation targets, accommodation, company cars, computer support etc.
In addition to the above, Cátenon also aims to provide support for the internationalisation of Saudi Arabian companies.
According to the company, this sets up a unique service portfolio in the region. They will not only be able to provide HR services to Spanish companies established in Saudi Arabia, with whom they are already signing their first contracts, but also provide services to foreign companies with temporary contracts of between five and 10 years in the region.
