International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners is extending its coverage of the Latin American region by opening a new office in the Peruvian capital Lima. The recruiter now operates three offices in South America, including in Brazil and Colombia.
The new office will be headed by Cecilia Ibarra who has previously worked as director at Pedersen. “Being Peruvian and having the international exposure has helped me understand how I can work with and advise local and international companies on how to best leverage the talent pools available to help create long lasting business solutions,” said the new country manager.
The recruiter is viewing South America as a growing market. “Latin America is opening up to the world market, choosing executives for Latin American companies and companies expanding into Latin America have become more important than ever,” said Alvaro Arias, Partner in charge of Spain and Latin America for Pedersen & Partners.
Last year, Pedersen & Partners expanded to new markets in France, Brazil, China, Indonesia and Kenya.
