Dutch-based recruiter Randstad announced its plan to double its area of specialisation in Malaysia, and increase its business volume over the next two years. Randstad operates across Malaysia, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, with offices in Cyberjaya and Penang.
Malaysia currently contributes 5% of Randstad’s total revenue across Asia-Pacific. Randstad’s primary Asia-Pacific hub is in Singapore, with most business coming from Australia, New Zealand, and China.
Randstad Malaysia Director Jasmin Kaur said, “We want to cover different areas of specialisation, hiring more talents to support the needs of the market. Malaysia is big in business process outsourcing, shared services centre for banking, and back office support.”
