Japanese recruitment firm Fullcast Holdings Co. Ltd (4848: JP) announced the retirement of company CEO and President Tokiwa Hiroyuki. Mr Hiroyuki has been a member of the board of Fullcast since 2008.
His replacement has been named as Sakamaki Kazuki who has been Fullcast’s Director of Business Development since 2007, having joined the company in February 1995.
It is understood that the transition will take place following the company’s annual shareholders meeting in March 2014.
Fullcast Holdings provides HR resource services in Japan, including short-term operations support services, payroll management, and long-term human resources dispatching services across various field. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Tokyo.
In the company’s most recent financial statement, Fullcast reported a -47.6% drop in revenue for the nine months ending 30 September 2013. The introduction of the Worker Dispatch Law Amendment Act in October 2012 heavily impacted the company’s profitability.
