Global executive search firm Boyden announced a new leadership team for its Greater China operations focused on practise specialisation to meet client needs and in response to market expansion.
Boyden’s Greater China team will begin work at the start of April. It will be led by William Farrell, a global board member and managing director of Boyden Taiwan. He is joined by Jed Van Voorhis, executive director at Boyden Taiwan, as well as Ami Bhatt Hardy, serving as managing director of Boyden Hong Kong and Greater China.
“Greater China is a critical region for our firm’s growth and our clients’ global expansion plans,” said Trina Gordon, President & CEO of Boyden World Corporation. She said the new team collectively brings 50 years of retained executive search experience in the region within financial services, consumer, technology, and life-sciences.
William Farrell manages client relationships with the world’s largest financial services companies operating in Greater China. Ami Bhatt Hardy has served as managing director with Boyden based in Hong Kong and Mainland China since 2009. Jed Van Voorhis brings with him more than 10 years of executive search experience in technology, electronic supply chain, life sciences & healthcare and consumer products, first joining Boyden in 2003.
