Global recruitment firm Randstad announced today the appointment of Frank Ribuot to the position of CEO of Randstad Australia. Mr Ribuot is the former Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific region and Global Talent Management of Right Management, part of the ManpowerGroup.

Mr Ribuot, who began his career at rival recruitment firm Adecco more than 20 years ago, commented on his appointment: "I am excited to be leading the Randstad team in Australia, working with my colleagues to build upon strong foundations and generate profitable, sustainable growth in regions and specialist industries across the country."

"With so much transformation and change happening across the commercial and government landscape in Australia, it's exciting to be part of a company that can have such a positive impact on employment, business and social wellbeing.”

"I look forward to working with a talented group of employees who are committed every day, to shaping the world of work for businesses, jobseekers and fellow colleagues,” he continues. “This perfectly aligns with my passion to embed a company culture which is focused on delivering to our sales and brand promise," Mr Ribuot added.

Deb Loveridge, Managing Director of Randstad for Asia Pacific, commented that Mr Ribuot’s career has demonstrated a proven track record of success in driving solid growth through strong business management, investing in people, and a passion for superior sales and marketing strategies: "Frank has worked at the coalface of our industry in Australia, Asia and Europe for more than 20 years and has first-hand knowledge and experience of the issues surrounding recruitment, HR consulting and human capital management, including the challenges we face, the pain points of our clients and what best practice and success looks like.”

"We are honoured to have Frank join Randstad, at a time when he can drive our organisation to the next level in terms of performance, productivity, agility and innovation. His wealth of international and local experience in cross-cultural business management, specialised recruitment and quality HR services will be of significant benefit and a great competitive advantage to our business,” she added.
