Recruitment firm Hamilton James & Bruce have issued an insolvency notice of deemed special resolution to wind up a company. On the 2nd of September, the company were suspended from the Australian Securities Exchange for failing to lodge their financial report. The struggling recruitment firm announced in early September that they had entered administration.
According to the resolution: Notice is given that, on the resolution date, the Company is taken, because of paragraph 446A(1)(a) to have passed a special resolution under s491 that the Company be would up voluntarily.”
The date of the resolution is the 18 October 2013.
