Bluestone Global Limited (ASX: BUE) reports that, effective today, managing director Mr Rabieh Krayem has stepped down. Mr Krayem has been managing director of the company since his appointment in 2011.
“Rabieh informed the Board that his intention to step back from the position of managing director to rationalise his workload and travel commitments to spend more time with his family,” advised Baljit Singh, chairman of Bluestone.
Mr Singh and deputy chairman Tony Leibowitz will assume executive roles on an interim basis until the Board identifies a suitable replacement. Mr Krayem will continue in his capacity as a director of the company in the short-term.
Mr Singh added, “Bluestone is now in a position to capitalise on the significant restructure that Mr Krayem has driven in what has been challenging circumstances over the past two years.”
