Australia-based staffing company Bluestone Global (BUE: ASX) announced that Andrew Plympton has been appointed Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Mr Plympton replaces Dr Prins Ralston who announced his resignation in early June.
“Andrew’s extensive experience in strategy, business, government, and stake holder relations gained from many years as Director and Executive in various industries will strengthen our Board as we plan to capitalise on the significant restructure of the business over the past two years,” said Baljit Singh, chairman of Bluestone Global.
This appointments marks further change at the company. In recent months, the company has seen the resignation of chief financial officer Jean-Yves Didier, Mr Singh’s quick succession to the position of chairman of the Group, and managing director Mr Rabieh Krayem stepping down from his position.
Trading today the share price dropped -25% to 0.003 cents, its lowest level in 52 weeks. Based on its share price the company has a current market value of AUD 1.3 million (USD 1.19 million).
