A recent survey in China found that nearly 40% of women in the country are unhappy about their salary with the majority switching jobs to receive better benefits, Women of China writes. The survey questioned over 1,700 employees across the country.
While a fifth of the respondents had hoped to receive a pay increase, this only materialised for around 7%. This dissatisfaction has led to more and more women looking for different opportunities, especially the younger generations.
Job hopping therefore remained a popular option for around 60% of people asked. Read the whole story here.
