Calling All Agencies to Be A Best Place to Work

Would you miss out on the chance to receive seven times more qualified resumes than your competition?

Companies that show up on a Best Place to Work list have that advantage. Don’t miss out.

Various studies including our research corroborate this. And here’s where we make it easy for you. Staffing Industry Analysts is now accepting nominations for its 2013 Best Staffing Firms to Work For List.

So take the time to send in your nomination. It’s not just the winners of these contests that accrue benefits. Firms that have participated claimed that just taking the survey had them thinking about making things better for their employees. And that goes a long way with workers.

So you don’t need to be offering on-site concierge assistance, free gourmet lunch or Bahamas vacations, to be nominated. Open-door management policies, training staff, listening to your employees are some of the methods used to engage workers by the winners on Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” list.

Of course, the less conventional perks work too. Who would say no to a daily laundry service or being serenaded during lunch?

The “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” list is based on an annual survey of internal workers. In addition, there is also a survey for the “Best Staffing Firms to Temp/Contract For” where temporary workers are surveyed. Both surveys are conducted for us by Quantum Workplace.

As a note the deadline for nominating your firm to take part is Nov. 26.
