Staffing Industry Analysts Announces Appointment of Phil Grabfield as Vice President, Head of Marketing

Accomplished marketing executive brings over 25 years of experience and a strong track record of global leadership

Mountain View, Calif – November 10, 2014 - Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on contingent work, today announced the appointment of Phil Grabfield as its new vice president, head of marketing.

In his new role at Staffing Industry Analysts, Grabfield will oversee all marketing initiatives and will be responsible for driving the company’s growth globally by building the brand through strategic marketing programs, database marketing, conferences and public relations. Grabfield’s experience includes executive marketing management roles in professional services, consulting assignments, developing brand strategy, and packaged goods marketing, both in the U.S. and globally.

Prior to joining Staffing Industry Analysts, Grabfield was the U.S. chief marketing officer of Mercer and also led the global marketing efforts for Mercer's health and benefits practice. Prior to Mercer, he worked as a marketing and brand consultant at Marketing Corporation of America and FutureBrand. He was also the marketing director at Bantam Doubleday Dell. He began his professional career with Kraft Foods where he had extensive experience in brand and product management, including three years as the head of marketing for Kraft Foods in Japan.

Grabfield earned a MBA from the Wharton School, a master’s degree in international studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from Trinity College.
