Staffing Industry Analysts Launches Inaugural Executive Forum Conference in Europe

Staffing executives gather together in London to discuss the present and future of staffing and recruiting at the industry’s most anticipated event of 2014

London, UK – 22 October, 2014 - Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on contingent work, will host its inaugural Executive Forum Europe conference on 3-5 November, 2014 at the Grange St. Paul’s Hotel in London. The 3-day conference will be an unprecedented gathering of influential staffing executives from over 100 companies and 19 countries.

Touching all aspects of the staffing and recruiting industry, Executive Forum Europe will address some of the toughest challenges facing staffing firms today and showcase innovative solutions along with executive insights. The conference will help attendees achieve true differentiation in the intensely competitive staffing industry and speakers will address a wide range of critical topics in the areas of sales and marketing, operations and finance, and strategy and opportunities. Executive Forum Europe builds upon the success of the same conference held in the U.S. for the past 23 years.  The 2014 U.S. conference won a Stevie Award for Best Association Event or Meeting.

“Executive Forum Europe is a focused event that presents an exceptional opportunity for senior executives from the staffing ecosystem to discuss the strategic issues that critically impact the future of the industry,” said Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts. “As technology and globalisation drive change in the staffing industry, we felt this was the right time to expand our highly successful U.S. event into Europe.”

Executive Forum Europe will offer attendees more than 30 educational sessions, panels and networking events, an exhibition to showcase leading suppliers to the industry, and numerous keynote presentations. The conference will begin with John Nurthen, executive director of global research, who will provide Staffing Industry Analysts’ independent view of the industry, the near term forecast and the trends shaping executives strategic options in the years ahead. Later that day, Fons Trompenaars, global management expert and author, explores how the most forward-looking companies manage to reconcile cultural differences to create a powerful platform for innovation in “Bridging the Cultural Divide.”  In another keynote on Tuesday, Jonas Prising, ManpowerGroup CEO, in “Where do we go Next? A Global View on the Industry,” provides his unique perspective on the future of the staffing industry globally and the impact of changing technology and business practices on talent, customers and the players in the industry.  In Wednesday’s keynote “The Rise of the Machines; Artificial Intelligence and its Impact on the Staffing Industry,” Professor Neil Jacobstein explains how developments in artificial intelligence will create a fundamental shift in the workforce.
