Adecco has appointed Marcello Pozzoni as the regional finance manager of Adecco Italy, Eastern Europe and India. In his new role, Mr Pozzoni will be responsible for supervising, organising and coordinating the operational activities of the finance department.

He will report directly to the Group’s CFO, Dominik de Daniel, and work with the regional head, Federico Vione. Mr Pozzoni left his position as CFO at Adecco Group Benelux last month.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is a certified management accountant. Mr Pozzoni first joined Adecco in 1998, then moving to the company’s headquarters in Switzerland in 2001 where he worked as the treasury financial analyst. In 2007, he was promoted to the head of financial operations in the UK and Ireland, and then became country finance manager for the Benelux countries in 2009.

Mr Pozzoni is succeeding Roberto Damonte who will become the regional finance manager for France.
