Contingent workforce managers are charged with improving the performance of their programs on a continual basis. But without good data, it's impossible to know if your program's performance is outstanding, or simply average. And given the infinite number of data points which may exist in a CW program, just knowing what and how to measure is no small task.
If you don't have the measurement tools in place, how do you even begin to assess your CW program? If you do have the right tools in place, how do you decide which one of the thousands of elements of a CW program to measure? Which are the right set that will move your program forward?
