IT staffing M&A deals

American CyberSystems completed its acquisition of information technology staffing firm Analysts International Corp. ACS had announced plans in August to acquire Analysts International for about $35 million. Read the story here.

Separately, Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASD: MGIC), a provider of software platforms for enterprise mobility, cloud applications and business integration, struck a deal with KBR Inc. (NYSE: KBR) to acquire the U.S. enterprise operations of KBR subsidiary Allstates Technical Services LLC for $10 million. Allstates Technical Services is a U.S.-based provider of consulting and staffing solutions for IT, engineering and telecom personnel. It ranks No. 14 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest engineering/design staffing firms.

In a third recently announced deal, Compunnel Software Group Inc., a business technology services and staffing provider, acquired Diversified Technical Solutions, a Fairfield, N.J.-based IT staffing firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
