Jeb Bush joins Jackson’s board of advisors

Jackson Healthcare, an Atlanta-based healthcare staffing provider, announced former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush joined the company’s board of advisors effective immediately. Bush served as Florida governor for two terms after first being elected in 1998. Bush is also the brother of former President George Bush and son of former President George H.W. Bush.

“It is an honor to have such a visionary leader on the Jackson team,” said Richard Jackson, chairman and CEO of Jackson Healthcare. “Jeb brings big solutions to big problems and utilizes business practices to find easy remedies.”

“There is nothing more important than the doctor-patient relationship, and I’m delighted to be affiliated with a company that is seeking to make sure all of us will have the ability to see a physician when we need one,” Bush said.

Bush is presently head of Jeb Bush and Associates, a consulting firm that works with a range of companies.
