In our latest Contingent Buyer Survey, we asked respondents about their best strategic decisions regarding contingent labor. By far, the most frequently cited decision was implementing a VMS or MSP. The survey question was open-ended, with no potential answer suggested or prompted. The following graph lists the most frequently cited decisions.
