Consequences to the Misclassified IC

When consultants insist on being treated as an independent contractor (IC) when they don’t qualify, you should inform them of the risks they are taking as a misclassified worker. Collabrus’ Independent Contractor Compliance Blog lists possible consequences to the worker.
