In our 2013 VMS/MSP Customer Experience Report, we asked both buyer companies and staffing suppliers to score their satisfaction with the VMS and MSP they have the most interaction with. We calculated net promoter scores, which can range from -100 percent to 100 percent. Scores above zero are considered favorable while scores below zero are considered unfavorable. With scores of 4 percent and 9 percent, buyers are modest promoters of VMS and MSP, respectively. Most staffing suppliers, however, are staunch detractors, with scores of -59 percent for VMS and -58 percent for MSP.
