About the Speaker: Neil Alexander, Shareholder, Littler Mendelson, P.C.

Mr. Alexander is a Shareholder in Littler's Phoenix office. He is a trial attorney who regularly defends companies against claims of wrongful termination, unfair competition and trade secret violations, noncompetition agreements, whistleblower claims, harassment and discrimination claims. Mr. Alexander is co-chair of Littler's Contingent Worker Practice Group, which focuses on the legal issues that arise out of staffing firm and PEO relationships. He is also a member of the Healthcare and Privacy Litigation Practice Groups. Alexander also assists companies with preventative counseling, including telephone advice, reviewing and revising employee handbooks and policies and conducting in-house training on employment related topics.

Queller has seventeen years of experience in the staffing services and recruitment industry; four at the executive level with fast-track career advancement in two Fortune 1000 companies: Spherion and Adecco. She's led sales, account management, talent acquisition, and corporate development strategies and worked successfully in matrix organizations to develop and deliver results on key local, regional and enterprise initiatives. As an effective sales/solutions executive, she has extensive experience delivering integrated service offerings to include master supplier, VMS/MSP, RPO, BPO, consulting services and channel partner alliances. Additionally, her experience enables her to provide consultation to staffing industry executives as well as Fortune 1000 companies that seek cutting-edge solutions for talent acquisition.
