More Canadian foreign temp worker woes

With new limitations on the number of temporary foreign workers Canadian companies may have, seafood processors in northern Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island are feeling the pinch of growing labor shortages ahead of the spring lobster season, CBC news reports.

Meanwhile, pleas from Quebec to delay the application of changes to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program are falling on deaf ears.
