DaXtra, the recruitment “automisation” specialist has announced an agreement with software specialist Talent Rover, to provide original equipment manufacturing (OEM) software. US-based Talent Rover advised that the agreement will increase the company’s efficiency with wider, more accurate candidate searches, and ultimately enable more placements. - rewrite
“The days of standalone applicant tracking systems are coming to an end as recruitment organisation look to streamline administrative and reporting processes. Our response to this need is a system that evolves the recruitment industry beyond an applicant tracking system [ATS], one that assists in every aspect of the business, from beginning to end,” said Brandon Metcalf, Founder and chief operating officer at Talent Rover.
The agreement with DaXtra will expand Talent Rover’s reach into the global market, increasing its parsing capabilities from 17 languages to 25 languages and dialects.
