Talent Rover, the US-based provider of cloud-based software for managing the entire staffing and recruitment workflow, announced yesterday the official opening of its new London office. Led by Steve Harris, Talent Rover's Director of EMEA Sales, the London office will continue to expand the company's European presence.
Over the past year, Talent Rover has taken steps to increase its service of the European market. The company's global expansion began in April 2013 with the opening of its first London office. Later that year, an office was opened in Dublin to host the global support team. The new office in London's Bank District will host a complete team of sales and operations professionals dedicated to Talent Rover's client-base in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Brandon Metcalf, co-founder and COO of Talent Rover, commented: "We've made a commitment to provide the European market with local expertise. We recognise how important it is that our product is managed and sold by people who understand the recruitment industry in Europe."
Steve Harris, Talent Rover's first European Enterprise Account Executive, has transitioned into a new role, Director of EMEA Sales, and will be responsible for managing the new London office: "Before Talent Rover, there was no software in the European market that could successfully manage small size and enterprise level firms. Having managed a recruitment business, I know how frustrating it is to work with multiple software solutions that can't support the full recruitment workflow, and I've seen how inadequate technology can take time away from making sales, finding talent and securing placements. I'm proud to lead Talent Rover's growth in a market where it is clearly needed."
Native in 20 languages and supporting over 100 currencies, Talent Rover is also designed to manage regulations in any market. In the UK, for instance, where firms do a high volume of contract staffing and face strict mandates under the Agency Workers Regulations, Talent Rover integrates compliance measures directly into the recruitment workflow.
Mr Metcalf added: "Many companies with a global presence are forced to use different software solutions in different regions because their solutions can't adapt to new markets or scale to support global growth. Our goal is to provide Europe's staffing and recruitment firms with one log-in for every task that drives business forward."
