Despite challenging market conditions, outsourcing and staffing company Steria Recruitment reported a fourth year of strong growth as 2012 revenue jumped +7% to £95.22 million, helped by new client wins.
Managing Director, Peter Holliday, said: “We have continued to focus our efforts on close client relationships, offering innovation in our recruitment solutions to strive for increased market share in challenging times.
“2012 is the fourth consecutive year that our revenues and profits have grown and this is a direct result of broadening our resource capability, growing our permanent business and deepening the managed recruitment propositions within our major clients.”
Going forward, the recruiter expects “significant” step-growth as clients continue to seek new ways of working in an overcrowded recruitment market.
