Staffline (STAF: LSE), a Nottingham-based recruitment specialist, has announced the resignation of financial director Tim Jackson. Mr Jackson, who joined Staffline as finance director in December 2008, will step down at the end of the month to ‘pursue other personal and career opporuntities’, Staffline announced.
“With Staffline having now delivered a significant operations improvement, Tim has decided that this is the right time for him to step down,” the company said in a statement.
Mr Jackson will be succeeded by Philip Ledgard, former G4S Integrated Services finance director, who joined Staffline in October 2012.
Staffline has been busy with a number of acquisitions this year and, in February, Diane Martyn, the former CEO of Randstad Staffing UK, was appointed as the new group managing director.
