Nottingham-based recruitment specialist Staffline (STAF: LSE), published an update on the Work Programme of its subsidiary Eos Solutions. The Work Programme is a government funded scheme aimed at helping people who have been claiming unemployment benefit for 12 months or more.
Andy Hogarth, chief executive of Staffline commented, “We are delighted with the performance of Eos over the last 12 months having worked extremely hard since acquisition to understand and develop the skills required to achieve success. Our combination of commercial recruitment expertise coupled with an ability to harness the tremendous knowledge of welfare support that exists within Eos underpins out Year Two performance.”
Of 40 Work Programme Contracts Nationwide, Eos was ranked top. Between April 2012 and March 2013, Eos delivered 3,279 successful job outcomes, from a total 10,846 referral in the Birmingham, Solihull, and Black Country contract package area, equating to a success rate of 30.2%.
