UK-based energy recruitment agency, Spencer Ogden, announced changes to its North and South American regions. Spencer Ogden, Inc. is launching a contract staffing division for the oil & gas and power & nuclear energy sectors, including recruitment for drilling contractors.

Through this new division, Spencer Ogden, Inc. will provide tailored support services for contractors; including in-house payroll and benefits administration, and fully compliant liability insurances for oil and gas contract employees placed in offshore and onshore Gulf of Mexico assignments. In addition, Spencer Ogden, Inc. offers permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services for drilling contractors offshore and onshore.
Alastair Cole recently moved to the Spencer Ogden Houston office from Aberdeen as associate director for drilling contractor recruitment. A founding member of Spencer Ogden, he will continue to lead recruitment teams in Aberdeen, Singapore and Dubai while building a recruitment team to service the requirements of drilling contractors in North and South America. Energy recruitment veteran, Henry de Lusignan, will serve as associate director of the contracts division, aiming to create a 75-person team within three years.
