Recruitment Zone (RZ), the Bolton-based recruitment firm is now one of a number of approved supplies delivering Interim resources to Lloyds Banking Group within the Change Management Programme across the UK according to their Twitter page.
The medium-sized staffing firm believes that they have won the business because they adapt themselves to the exact needs of any particular client according to the Bolton News. Recruitment Zone Sales. Director David Reid speaking to the paper said "what we do is create a tender which is accurately tailored to the needs of the particular company. We offer a bespoke service where sometimes bigger companies are too rigid."
The new win is expected to boost the agency's annual turnover of 29 million Pounds by around 20% and will force them to up their personnel of 60 people to 75 people in order to cope with the new business.
However, finding the right personnel with relevant banking recruitment experience appears to be difficult even in the current economic climate. Mr. Reid said "if we could get the right workers we would take four to six people on today here in Bolton."
The company has three centres in Bolton, Edinburgh and London and has prior to the new contract win suffered from the current economic climate just like many of its peers.
Founder and managing director of RZ, David Bedford, said to the Bolton News "there’s no doubt times have been tough — it’s been a toil - but we pride ourselves that we have kept our turnover the same as that of 2008 and we have not made anyone redundant."
