RSA, the international provider of life sciences executive search and interim management, has appointed Nick Stephens as executive chairman, John Callagher as CEO, and Sarah Wilding as a non-executive director.
The appointments follow the retirement of RSA’s chairman and founder Roger Stephens and his wife, board director Edna Stephens.
Nick Stephens, the new executive chairman, has been a director of RSA since 1986 and served as CEO for the past seven years.
John Callagher will now take on the role of CEO, bringing with him over 19 years of executive search experience. He first joined RSA as managing director of Switzerland before becoming head of the EMEA region.
With experience in top management consulting, board level assessment and high-level executive search, Sarah Wilding joins RSA as a non-executive director. She is currently partner at Heads!, a global executive search company specialising in senior-level recruitment.
