International executive search firm Norman Broadbent (NBB: LN) announced on Tuesday that it had raised £700,000 through the issue of 1.8 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the company. The shares were sold at £0.40 each.
Proceeds from the sale will be primarily used to accelerate the growth of Arcus Global Partners and Connecting Corporates, the two new complementary business ventures established by the company at the beginning of the year.
According to their website, Arcus is a recruitment business committed to bringing technical and commercial innovation to a stagnant industry. Connecting Corporates offers various services designed to connect professionals.
