UK-based recruiter Michael Page International has rebranded itself as PageGroup to modernise its key brands to Michael Page, Page Personnel and Page Executive, the firm reported on Monday.
PageGroup, which was previously known as Michael Page International, is a professional recruitment agency with a strong focus on finance and accountancy sectors. It is the 23rd largest staffing company in the world, according to research by Staffing Industry Analysts.
The Group’s new brand aims to capitalise on opportunities within professional recruitment that lie outside its original core brand.
“Our Page Personnel and executive search brands have reached a significant size and market reputation, so we felt now was the right time to create a new brand structure to consolidate our operations and maximise the opportunities available within professional recruitment globally,” said Steve Ingham, CEO of PageGroup.
The specialist recruiter has seen tough market conditions recently with third-quarter gross profit falling by -11% and the company is expecting a challenging fourth quarter.
