UK recruiter Savile Group (SAVG:LSE) today announced that Helen Pitcher will be leaving the Board with effect from 30 June. But she will continue her position as Chairman of the group company IDDAS.
The firm did not disclose why Ms Pitcher is leaving the Board and has not announced a replacement.
Ms Pitcher joined the company in September 2007 as an Executive Director. She is currently Chairman of IDDAS. Prior to this she was Chairman and CEO of CEDAR International, another group company. Ms Pitcher specializes in Board level coaching, Assessment and Strategy facilitation. She has an MA in Human Resource Management.
The firm has recently reshuffled its management with the Board appointment of Clare Chalmers who has a background in investment banking and is the current chief executive officer of IDDAS.
In March, Savile reported a +6% increase in half-year revenue, but the firm made losses following tough market conditions. It now expects improved performance for the first half of 2013. The firm specialises in human resources consulting and also offers talent management services.
