In-store events and brand activation agency, Arc, has launched a standalone promotional staffing agency, Arc Stars, which the company claims creates one of the largest in-house staffing divisions in the UK. Arc Stars will provide clients with direct access to events staff, relevant to their brands, based on the agency’s personality profiling technology.
Led by staffing director Cathy Henderson, the team of 15 Arc Stars will offer a bespoke staff selection across experiential, retail, and events; as well as mystery shopping, auditing, and field management.
Part of the Leo Burnett Group, Arc Stars and the staffing arm of brand activation agency Arc London, will develop its own client base as well as continue to meet the staffing needs of existing Arc clients.

The right staff, matched to your brand’s personality and target audiences, will deliver a significant uplift in terms of your live marketing return-on-investment,” said Ms Henderson.
