Tecops Personnel wins Bavaria’s Best 50 Award

03 July 2009

Tecops Personal GmbH have just been awarded the prestigious Bavaria's Best 50 prize by Martin Zeil, the Bavarian State Minister for the Economy at the Royal Palace in Munich.
The annual award goes to companies, which have achieved extraordinary growth rates in both revenues and personnel numbers.
Tecops was founded 20 years ago as a specialist temporary staffing agency in the IT and business sectors. The agency has nine offices countrywide and has managed to increase revenues from Euro 6 million to Euro 21 million over the last five years. Employee levels went up from 120 to 600 during the same period.
According to Reiner Pientka, CEO, one of the main success factors of the agency is the so-called transparent pricing model. Any client "can go on our website without registering and calculate exactly what they will have to pay us if they work with us. This has created enormous trust amongst clients and also temporary staff. Many temporary staffing agencies have lost 30% and more during this current economic crisis. We are expecting to grow by 10% this year."
