Swedish recruiter Proffice today announced that it plans to elect Lars Johansson and Susanna Marcus as new members of the board at the next annual general meeting on 23 April.
53-year-old Lars Johansson is the chief financial officer (CFO) at Swedavia AB, which owns and operates airports in Sweden. He was previously the CFO at Swedish media group TV4 AB. Mr Johansson holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
48-year-old Susanna Marcus is the former managing director of Poolia Sweden, one of the country’s largest staffing companies. She brings in-depth knowledge of the staffing industry with her, having held previous sales positions at Poolia.
The firm’s nomination committee also proposes to elect current board member Lars Murman to chairman of the board. It wants to further re-elect Karin Eliasson, Cecilia Daun Wennborg and Karl Åberg as board members. Two board members, Christer Hägglund and Katarina Mellström, have declined re-election.
Proffice is currently reorganising after the firm last month reported a -7% fall in fourth-quarter revenue due to poor market conditions, particularly in its domestic market.
