The Polish HR forum which represents employment agencies in the country and is a member of the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies (Ciett) has launched a new study programme which offers training to individuals who want to work as professional recruiters.
Together with the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, the association said that this programme is unique as ordinary HR degrees in the country are mainly targeted at those that already work within HR and have established their careers.
But the new programme is open to those more junior, including people who have just embarked on a career within recruitment.
The course will teach participants about HR methods, recruitment tools, the selection process and more general services within the sector. Employment law will also be on the menu in this 120-hour training course.
