Amid the tight recruitment market, Dutch payroll company Payroll Select has reported that company revenue grew during the first nine months of the year by +12%, compared with the same period last year. For the year to the end of September 2013, company revenue surpassed €66 million.
Rick Simons, Payroll Select Founder, General Manager and CEO, commented: “The Dutch economy, as well as the payroll market, remains challenging. Nevertheless, we see that more and more organisations are beginning to expand their workforce. The companies don’t initially contract the new employees themselves, but choose to use our payroll services instead.”
“For this year the total expected turnover will be about €95 million. Next year the growth is expected to continue due to an improving Dutch economy and an expected recovery of the staffing industry in general,” he concluded.
