Netherlands – Brunel sees departure in supervisory board

29 October 2012

Maarten Schönfeld is leaving the supervisory board of Brunel International N.V. on 1 November 2012. The Dutch staffing firm said that his decision was based on Mr Schönfelds’ “desire to rearrange the composition of his portfolio that includes various activities.”

In his role, Mr Schönfeld provided the board with expertise on finance, accounting and corporate governance of major international companies. He holds a number of non-executive board memberships in the private sector as well as supervisory roles in the public sector.

Brunel International is a Netherlands-based provider of staffing and payrolling, as well as permanent recruitment, contract positions and HR consultancy services.  The firm has 90+ branches in over 30 countries, concentrating its European activities mainly on the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
