Adecco Group announced that Christian Vasino, Chief Human Resources Officer for Adecco Group and a member of the Executive Committee, will leave the company on 31 December 2013.
Christian Vasino has been Chief Human Resources Officer for the Group and a member of the Executive Committee since 2007. He started as HR Director for Adecco Italy in 2013 before he took on the role for the Group worldwide. Mr Vasino established a performance-focused global human resources organisation that puts a culture of people development, respect, and professional processes at its core.
Patrick De Maeseneire, CEO of Adecco, said: “Christian played a key role in strengthening Adecco Group’s HR function. He set up the global talent development programme, improved the Group’s employee retention rate significantly as one of our six strategic priorities, and had made an important contribution to Adecco’s profitable growth.”
Christian Vasino will leave Adecco on 31 December and will start his new position as Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading Italian multinational company in January 2014. He is committed to a smooth transition. The search for his successor has started and will be announced in due course.
The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Christian for his outstanding contribution to the Group’s achievements and wish him continued personal professional success.
