Irish nannies appear to be high in demand with Russian millionaires willing to pay nearly €80,000 a year and recruiters recognising this business potential, according to the Irish Independent.
The paper writes that a Russian staffing agency will come to Dublin on Wednesday to recruit childcare workers and teachers into well-paid jobs with rich families who are keen to hire English speakers.
The agency, Bonne International, is already based in London and is now looking to hire jobseekers from Ireland. The firm specialises in hiring governesses and nannies who can earn between €4,000 and €6,500 a month, which is higher than what they currently earn in Ireland. Private school teachers can also expect attractive salaries of up to €4,000 a month.
Candidates will receive a teaching visa and the opportunity to opt out of the job if it does not live up to expectations.
Bonne International has 10 years’ experience in placing staff into VIP families, counting many millionaires among its clients.
