Germany – TimePartner Group reappoints Managing Director

03 December 2013

German staffing firm TimePartner Group has reaffirmed its confidence in Managing Director Sven Kilian by announcing a five-year extension to his contract. This marks the second five-year extension to his contract, with the company confident that this will give continuity and provide an identity for the further development of the Group.

According to the company’s statement, the decision to extend Mr Kilian’s contract was a premature one, as his most recent extension was approved in 2009.

According to the statement released by TimePartner, Sven Kilian is considered to be an expert in the German staffing industry and is one of the most experienced managers in this area. Previously, he had been a member of the Executive Board and Regional Director of Randstad GmbH Germany.

Mr Kilian commented: “I thank you for putting your trust in me again. The TimePartner team and I have a common vision, to become number one in the German labour market. I am very pleased to continue leading my team on that journey.”

The primary ambition of TimePartner is to further establish itself as the specialist provider of specialists and managers in the dynamic German staffing market.

“The need by German companies for HR flexibility will continue to grow, even if the foreseeable political environment doesn’t favour it. We look forward to many new challenges,” Mr Kilian concluded.
