US-based recruiter Kelly Services reported a change in its German management with Ralf Mathiesen now leading the company’s German brand as chief executive. He has taken on the role in early January, the firm said on Monday.
He previously worked in a number of management positions. Before joining Kelly Services, he worked at firms such as Hyatt, Hilton and the German national railway company, Deutsche Bahn.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Mathiesen said he wants to increase customer support and optimise services in the future.
Kelly Services, the fifth-largest staffing company in the world, ranks among the 50 largest staffing companies in Germany, according to research by Staffing Industry Analysts.
