Germany — Amadeus FiRe 2009 revenues slightly down

Amadeus FiRe AG (AAD:GER), the temporary and permanent staffing group, has today released final results for the year ended 31 December 2009.

2009 revenues were down by -3% to 110.7 million Euro compared to the previous year due to reduced activity in permanent staffing. All other HR activities were up on 2008. The gross margin fell from 41.9% in 2008 to 39.2% in 2009.


EBITA fell from 18.1 million Euro to 16.1 million Euro. The EBITA margin fell from 15.8% in 2008 to 14.5% in 2009. Administrative costs were reduced by-8.1%.

Amadeus FiRe AG is active in the provision of temporary staffing services, permanent placement and recruitment services, interim and project management for accounting, office, banking and information technology (IT) services, as well as training in the area of finance and accounting, provided by the Company's subsidiaries, Tax College Dr. Endriss and Academy for International Accounting Prof. Dr. Liebfried.

Amadeus FiRe AG has 20 offices in Germany as well as subsidiaries in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Training is only offered in Germany.
